I have a gattis across the highway from my house but the app will not let me order from that location, not even for pickup. I've been told for months that "tech is working on it". Instead, I have to order from a location a lot further away and I get charged a lot more. Plus the last time I ordered, I was given a plain cheese pizza but was charged for superonni, which is a lot more money. I called and they said they would take it off my bill. It was never taken off.

The pizza is amazing (at least in my town) but the app could use some work. It glitches out sometimes and you have to restart your order, and when checking out, it pulls up an "add ranch" option, but with no way to skip. You have to back out and then proceed back to your cart. The mobile deals on the pizza ans rewards are good, but not as good as other pizza places. However, the taste of the pizza (in my town) compensates for this above average price.

Not the best app for ordering but not the worst, either. Domino's is far slicker, and they show specials up front - I had to think to click the "Deals" button at checkout after seeing a bill for $14. Oddly, pizzas are not the first offering shown - the pizza button should be on the top row of buttons. Otherwise, it's an adequate app. It won't win any design awards, though...

This app is awful, bugs and glitches out and then you have to go all the way back to the beginning and it's such a process. Re-entering location and everything. Just awful. If you manage to even make it to the menue when you click on any food item in category it just says error. So much for those awesome online only deals!

Love the pizza. The app is very frustrating. Freezes constantly. Press back too many times and erases your current order. Add a coupon to the basket and when you go to checkout, your basket wont load with details. Entering new card info gets stuck on selecting Jan. Would rather call into the store. Still my favorite pizza

App seems to glitch and not apply the discount if you add an item after the coupon code is entered. It also has an issue with the payment portion. I had to find a work-around to get the correct information to submit.

The payment screen did not seem to work correctly. Could only select cash then gave error telling me to select mode of payment. Had to go back and start payment over and accepted cash as the selection that time but i was hoping to pay card in the App. Otherwise it worked great and the order was easy to put together.

Terrible app, doesn't allow me to write my actual address. Have too choose among closest choice. Smh. But still get my pizza delivered, okay. Drivers just always call to ask which unit I'm in. No place to choose store location for delivery once you choose one restaurant. Says sorry that address(my saved home address) is not in our delivery zone. And no place to select new closer restaurant. Done with app.
