Upgraded to this version and am disappointed they mixed the report of looking at all your watering areas at a glance. Now if you want to see if one is scheduled now or in next few days you have to click on each one separately and the scroll through each of the days separately. I thought the purpose of new and improved was to make it easier on the user , not harder. Not an improvement. Find this annoying.

Terrible. Previous version was unintuitive, the new Sep 2024 one is worse. I have to manually irrigate (load shedding) and now I can no longer view a report of the week to see when last I watered which zone. I have to go into each zone individually, scroll and try and remember which one was watered the longest time ago.

the new interface is horrible compared to the old one. I am an irrigation technician, and I stand by Hydrawaise as the best controller on the market. With that said, the new app is trash. Especially when setting up a new controller for a new customer. it used to be intuitive and easy, now it's a mess and takes twice as long. PLEASE fix this!

The old one is better. don't upgrade. checking through the system is a pain where you have to go to each zone, turn it on individually then when you are done, turn it off, go to the next zone, waiting on the app to load everything in and do it again. with the old app you could just go to another zone and press start, and it would automatically shut off the previous zone.

very impressed with this app. didn't think it would be nearly as comprehensive and versatile as it is. full control over my x2 controller, and loving the extensive customization and zone exceptions that can be automated. very well thought out and easy to use. great, responsive UI. well done Dev team!

The module disconnected from the wifi and said it needed credentials to reconnect. Tried for about 8 hours to get it connected using every troubleshooter-no luck. Sent an email and got no response. Called them and got "help". The rep tried to say that it was my wifi that was the issue. Ditched the Hydrowise and purchased a Rain Bird. Removed the 22 month old HW, Installed the new RB, installed the app, connected to wifi, set up all programming and enjoyed a cold iced tea. Total time, 90 min.

As has been stated by several reviewers the new version is inferior to the old version. A simple solution is to offer older versions for download and re-installation. While it may be nice for folks to take pictures to show of their property, it is a waste of programmer talent. That's what Facebook is for.

New app is absolute rubbish. Do not waste your time with it. The good reviews on here must be fake. the app is overly complicated for what it needs to do. It won't load most of the time. It is not fit for purpose. I have spoken to tech support in AU and USA and they just accept that it is the way it is. There does not seem to be any desire to improve it even with so many known faults and bad reviews. Web app is slightly better, but still rubbish. System can't be trusted .
