Not a problem regarding the app, but with the phone service. The person on the phone doesn't double check the location nor the destination. Lots of delays and confusion. I can't get from places to places fast. Better choose another taxi company

As a person who uses taxis twice a day in Aylesbury to get me from my home to my gym at ridiculous hours of the morning, this app has been an absolute godsend! I have used many different taxi apps, most of which are laggy and hardly work. At the beginning it had its doubts, but now it's something I can't live without!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not deserving of a star! Didn't book a taxi when it was requested to pick a relative and then asking to be paid when the crook of a controller knew quite well that he only booked the taxi after I called to enquire about the taxi's whereabouts at which time the job should have long been completed! Shameful and really pathetic excuse for customer service. Use at your own risk! Absolutely do not recommend!

Generally pretty good wait times. Tiny bit more expensive but I'd rather that than use the security risk that is the jet taxi app, which was copying from my clipboard when I used it.

Every time I book a taxi it takes them too long to get a taxi out and when they do the tracking always says 2 mins when it's really 5-10mins really bad service missed countless appointments and train because of this would not recommend

Reliable and affordable. Drivers are nice. Most cars are clean and new. I hope they advertise if they don't have services esp. During holidays like ramadan or all others. But other than that very good. GpS/ tracking needs quite improvement.if their app says 1minute wait time it's mostly 5-10minute wait time.

When making an advance booking there is an option to add a note to the driver but this option goes away once payment has been authorised, even while your typing the message. Other than that, it works well.

I just wish they was honest and better organized . I booked a cab online for the purpose not to be late to catch the bus to work and I am still waiting going to lose the bus and put myself in bad image at work . Not worth the online booking. It was not the first time
