I'm on week 3 and discovered I ADORE using the journal feature much more than the paper journal. It's so easy. I do wish you would allow for one-sixteenth rather than one-eighth being the smallest measurement sitewide.

This is a good app and is relatively user friendly. My 4 issues are: 1) Building a recipe, you should be able to either scan a barcode to enter and/or search your favorites to enter. 2) Typing in a number versus scrolling through amounts when entering food items would be easier; 3) You should be able to pull up IP food items to look at ingredients, macros, etc. for future purchases; 4) Mood tracker should include hunger levels

This app would be a great way to track instead of the paper route. However every time I try to log in a food whether it be a part of the program or something else, the search bar spins and spins and I'm not able to add any food. It also has not synced with my account at my clinic so all my old weigh-ins have not been recorded.

The ideal protien program itself is good then you need this app? Which is garbage, the app keeps glitching deleting my daily inputs. Water you have to enter by ounces. A cup size selection would be nice considering I'm drinking 170 + oz a day. There are better water tracking apps out there. App is great if you are looking for useless filler for your phone.

Very disappointing. Just started this diet a few weeks ago and the app freezes, I can't always add my weight (frozen now), and many time you have to add your food items multiple times before they register. The program may get mixed reviews, but the app STINKS. My diet counselor has even said this is typical so it appears the company is not interested in any improvements here.

The inclusion of all data points has made a hard to read screen even worse. The multitude of over lapped circles crammed into a 3-month range looks as crowded as a gumball machine. Without the ability to lower the 3-month range display, too much information is crowded into too small of a space. This upgrade has not helped at all. Even after the last several updates, the app is still terrible. Initial weight reading is still in kilos and the tagging on the chart is too small to be readable. They don't seem capable of making the app usable. Don't upgrade; keep the previous version. Doesn't track weight daily and the charts read in liters when the settings are in US imperial. Awkward interface. The fix does not fix the Imperial display on the initial weight. The front that is used to show data points is too small to read.

Food Journaling with the app is difficult and time consuming. Much easier to use paper copy provided by coach. Scale won't sync with the app. Hasn't worked in my past 3 visits even though I have uninstalled/installed app 2x. When I go to the order section of the app, it is blank....empty. And I have been unable to receive assistance to try and correct syncing issue.

It is a decent enough app when it works but for the past 2 weeks it has been crashing any time I try to watch a video and on occasion when I try to review my weight loss progress. redownloading the app and signing in and out have both proven unsuccessful in solving this glitch. it would also be nice if there was access to the referenced links mentioned in the videos available via the app.
