The app is quite reasonable when is working but, few really critical problems 1. the app doesn't keep preferences about login options. 2. in search you have to press twice the button to work. 3. there is no English 4. worse - it presents WRONG INFORMATION SO KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU HAVE TO CHECK EVERYTHING OVER THE PHONE.

Every time you put the app in the background for a second, the app signs yo out. Very annoying. Also, the availability of the appointments it shows are not up to date, it may show you a date for a doctor and an option to book, once you click and you go through everything, it tells you in the end that booking an appointment is not available at this time. So why would you keep showing me this in the first place?

Their available appointment times from search are NEVER what they actually are. For example, they may give you a doctor with first availability in may, but he's only available in July when you're about to book it. Also, it's very complicated to filter appointments by location. It should be simple and user friendly

Works well most of the time. Few bugs: 1. Sometimes, like now, can't create an appointment through the app for no reason. 2. If for some reason the attempt to login with a fingerprint was unsuccessful - it gets deleted entirely from the system. (android, latest version. Samsung s10e) 3. Improved drastically and is now smooth and reliable, which is extremely important when it comes to health. No glitches, no awkward crashes - just as it should be. The appointment-making process is very accessible, natural and easy to use. Great features such as making appointments for phone conversations with the doctor, or adding the appointment to your calendar automatically, are much appreciated. Thanks for the wonderful work, keep it going!

Was pretty happy with the app until recently, when they reworked the UX. Now the bottom pane hides half the screen. You would think that a tap on it would minimize it, but on the contrary - it expands it to cover the entire screen. I dont know if this is particular to my phone or wider, but I some QA would have gone a long way.

Shameful that an organization as big as this would produce such a overwhelmingly bad application. I've seen it crash more times then it actually worked. Usability? Not here! Enjoy the late 90s way of doing things with a design that might have looked good on the iPhone 3g but now is a pixelated monument for how things shouldn't be done. My only regret is that I can give it 0 stars
