This application turns a mobile phone into a guard patrolling record device. The security manager can schedule checkpoint inspection times and the number of cycles to perform during the duty hours.
The guard logs in to the device securely, and sees his patrolling schedule, he gets a reminder to start patrolling tour (cycles) with time limits to complete the cycles. The guard inspects the checkpoint area and scans the CP-TAG. He can record any incident noticed during the tour with text or photo/video and save the evidence. He can send SOS messages to the superiors with a one-touch button.
The manager can see in real-time the status of patrolling cycles of all guards. Gets notifications in case the guard misses the checkpoint or is late in inspections. All cycle reports are saved and emailed automatically.
The system makes the guard patrolling efficient and effective to enhance security.
CP-TAG can be NFC TAG, QR-Code, or automatic Geo-fencing (GPS coordinates). Optionally the guard can be forced to take a live photo to prove his identity.
The guard system can manage big teams and be used in all kinds of premises and large areal zones.
