Buggy app compared to the iPhone version but better than a few years ago. Overall the coding of individual patients works well. The problem I have is that (for over a year and after multiple support requests) they have not fixed the notification problem. Messages that are "read" status become "unread" status over and over again. There are multiple "unread" messages (that were really read) that disappear from the message list but still show up in the "unread" count.

A vital tool for accurate e/m capture. Hard to imagine living without it. Also effective organizer for rounding list, quick glances at shared notes about the patient, etc. Responsive developer. There are times that the list gets out of sync, and little bugs in the app show up and go away with developer updates. The update before last caused the date of birth to be cut off at the edge of the display, and the app was just updated again with that problem fixed.

Pretty buggy app, but worked in most cases. Latest update, complete ruined it. It's stuck on a loop of "initializing" and doesn't open the main page anymore. Even with a full uninstall and reinstall doesn't work. Update: App finally works. Great help from the support team.

Recent error fixed. They are still very responsive to emails, though the application has had major issues for six +months! Previous comment with 5 stars: They are very responsive to the support emails and the app is more than double the speed of the online version. Billing takes me 5 minutes or less on the average day.

Back to 1 star again. Ingenious med pushed an update feb 22nd that breaks the app quite literally on android. You are now forced to have a 2 column display on your phone in which neither column actually shows any information. Ability to bill now requires holding the phone in landscape and additional steps. Ingenious med, please allow us to download and use prior versions! Your version updates are buggy as hell and I'm tired of being your guinea pig when you break functionality with them.

Do you crave that dial up internet speed during the days of AOL? Do you miss blowing on the cartridges of old Nintendo games with the hope that it would make the game work? Then this is the app for you! In the year 2023 I am absolutely astounded that an app this slow and discombobulated still exists and as an essential tool for many healthcare providers. I am currently downloading the app for the third time this week due to an expected crash. So much fun!!!

horrible. freezes, clunky, inefficient login

Awful! This app is all but un-usable. It constantly freezes and crashes. When it actually does work, it takes FOREVER to load and sync. I click on one patient's name and a different patients bill opens up. Sometimes, bills go missing.
