This app has become the app I use most for charging in Germany. It very reliably activates very reliable stations. That said, it is a bit buggy. it often hangs or reports lack of network, but luckily that usually happens after the signal has been sent to the station to start. Since it doesn't affect the enable function I'll go ahead and rate five stars for now, assuming it'll be corrected. In the areas I've used it, some stations charge 0.39 eu/kwh, some are free.

From a customer point of view, what you're likely after, is electricity, kWhours, to your car. This app is dependent, at least at the only place I've used it at, on Zephyre's charge station. If the station is not up to date or does not work, it's not a problem for eCharge, and app may work just great! BUT you will not get any electricity to your car...

Since the last update in 9/10 cases i cannot start the charging process due to an "unknown error". With my second phone and the old version of the app it's not a problem. Please fix it

App is good but can have an easier interface. Male sure your phone is not on Power save mode. Mine does not work when my phone is on battery save. I have a samsung galaxy s8 plus. Any feedback on this is appreciated. Updated to 5 star due to the excellent customer care and replying swiftly to difficulties. Was echarge whitelisted by Samsung on Power saving mode please?

Works well enough for the most part. Careful if you are close to the limit on your credit card though. The charging started (as in, it said to plug in the cable etc.), but then stopped with "Charging paused" without any further indication about the issue. Also, it apparently then tries to charge your credit card again and again, I ended up with 11x 50€ charges (reservations) on my credit card. Switching to Paypal for the time being fixed it though. But the status/error message should really be improved.

Please Note!: Rating only from a Home eBox Connect, didn't use any other features at all! Can't get my box to connect. It says trying to cennect forever... and nothing happens. The Bluetooth connects and WLAN connects, but then nothing happens while it's still trying to connect to something. Very confusing and frustrating. Hope you will improve fast!

Very unsatisfied. In case of charging failure the app does not notify. Repeatedly complains about billing address even when it is entered. Update: Even poorer experience than before. The app simply refuses to end a charging session even when charging is complete and the cable is disconnected -- it hangs like that for days! Absolutely worst charging app ever!

After firmware update I can't use anymore my innogy ebox. It looks that ebox lost completely power supply... Why do you provide updates which haven't been properly tested?! Moreover, as the developer team suggested, I described the issue by email. However, since one month I did receive any response.
