The app does not work, I can not reset my password as my email address is not being recognised. I have checked and I am using the correct email account. When placed on a waiting list for a class, when a space becomes available I do not receive a notification that this has happened, as I was told I would, and if I realise there is a space I am unable to move from the waiting list to the class space. End up having to ring the centre and do it over the phone. Pointless having this app...😡

Has worked fine for me up to now to book classes etc - only issue was that some of the information was out of date - but haven't been able to access it Thurs evening/Friday morning (10/11 June). Is there work being undertaken on the app - the message on screen is not helpful. Very frustrating.

Easy to use. Sometimes there's an error stating Service Is Not Available. I just close all apps that are running and restart my phone. Then I relaunch the app.

This app will not load about 80% of the time. My fibre runs at about 140 most and it says it can't get a connection. Very poor, cheaply made, very frustrating. The patrons deserve better.

This doesnt work! Doesnt let me book anything just keeps me on the covid bit and when I press agree nothing happens. Place is open today and I dont even know what there is to book. At least put them on fb aswell so people can ring

Really handy but can't zoom in on timetables, and writing too small to read
