Clunky, old, and refreshes every 30 seconds. Not even worth trying to buy tickets to shows through the app. Only good for showing digital tickets if you don't have time to print. Otherwise a total waste.

Once upon a time we purchased tickets for a show six months in advance and could hardly remember if they were for the matinee or evening show. That show gets rescheduled, and somewhere we probably have an email for the time... but wouldn't it be wonderful if somewhere in the app we could see the time PRIOR to two hours before our show? What an awful UX/UI limitation that we can't make sense of from a user perspective.

I really hate using this app! -can't see my tickets, seats, showtime after purchase until 2 hours before show. Makes it difficult to buy tickets for friends or resell -buying seats is nightmare... Every step in purchase selection sucks!!!

I feel that it would be nice to have a way to see available seating on a map for each day without going back and forth between separate pages of the app.
