Recent issue with landscape mode no longer showing all trips on left and current trip on right is fixed. This was a real issue, since I depend on being able to see changes to my schedule as they happen. Thank you, Routing Box, for fixing this so quickly!

I like the updated version. This version has a very nice feature the other Routing Box didn't have. The updated version will let you know when a trip is removed from your device. The only 2 features still needed to be installed are: the refresh function of the arrow and the app being able to run without being open. It is much faster. Signature boxes are better. The check list mileage is able to be corrected if you enter the wrong mileage.

I wish they would change the light gray text for something darker. Once you open the trip, you can't read anything with the white background. Also, the driver should be able to see the trip number. When we have to call to assist the customer, now we have to call dispatch to get it. Other than that, great app!

Your app is crash-prone and malfunctions. The main glitch is that sometimes I click the arrow to go to the next phase of a trip, only for it to completely reset to the beginning of the trip, as if I had never even started the trip. This has happened more than once after I had already dropped off a patient. You need to do something about this.

This app sucks! Anytime I put arrived at pick up it reverts back to pending. It does this every single day! I shouldn't have to refresh it multiple times to make sure it is clocking it! This is the absolute worst app and if I didn't have to use it for work, I wouldn't use it at all!!!

One of the worst route apps out there, Dominos pizza tracker put this garbage to shame, so many things this app doesn't take into consideration like local traffic or live freeway updates, estimated travel times are not realistic at all... constantly logs you out and they push an update almost everyday which restarts the app while using it... if you're a transport company in any manner, dont waste your money on this trash, youll have an easier day handwriting your trips down,and using Google Maps

every time I use this app I feel like going to the highest building to go jump off! it's constantly crashing! I have to go into my settings and force stop it in order to use it again! get it together!!!!

Trash. Always loading. Changes route settings on its own. Yet doesn't notify when updates are made to schedule. Worst workforce app I've ever used.
