not sure what happened this was working perfectly over the weekend and now all the app does is crash even when I install it again didn't even realize anything changed. update I just kept trying and I was able to get in at work's amazing when it works just today I wasn't able to use it It kept crashing.

Can't connect it to the app. I see many people complaining but apparently Intex is not even answering. That's not very consumer oriented... Is that so complicated to create an app that works properly? Was Te app previously tested before delivering it to the end customer??

I've just installed it, created an account, been able to log in, then after the latest update, can't access it anymore. I have tried to remove the data/clear cache, but still keep closing continously right after i open the app.

works - thaťs good last update brought design from 1998 unfortunately work only thru cloud so no home assistant integration like previous models not a fan how heating schedule work - if I want to go swim at 3pm I set it and its working great, but it also means it will turn itself off at 3pm and if I go at 4pm its already quite cold - would be great to setup from when and how long I want to swim

android phone and the app won't even start even after setting all the permissions as described. signed in set up password and crash.. finally all thay shows is an error message stating it crashed to many times

Does not work with Android if you have the wrong control panel. Intex knows this, works ok with Apple. Update they have brought back the old app which works with Android, thankfully.

Horrible! With every update to the app, I have to re-add my spa, rendering it useless and cold! Fix this please!

Does the job, barely. Please remove the power button from the HUD in the app. Or deprioritize it in the order/view. The app indicates it's attempting to connect via blue tooth every time, but it was configured via WiFi so... Another issue is the app takes into account the local temp, but this appears to be a static assignment, which infers this will need to be updated so the heating schedule is reflective of the ambient temp.
