Works fine for what it is, but Book Rides is getting left behind. There have been no updates or new features in a long time, despite promises. There are some new software alternatives now on the market. We are investigating making a switch.

When you click addresses to map them, the app will never connect to Google Maps. I have both Google Maps and Waze on my phone. When selecting the address, it doesn't come up and ask me what app I want to use. I have a Samsung Android A20.

Good app, the support is very responsive which is only reason i chose it over others. would like to see able to hide the canceled rides so it don't bug my eyes out. I dont want to delete them.

it will not work on my Samsung Galaxy a50.. done everything to get it to work. I once used it for work because I'm a driver need another choice or get it to work..

Most Frustrating I can not use it to build my business because I drive for another driver who uses the App. I just got an additional driver I am accepting rides from and am now blocked from my other supplier of rides. So, if you are a driver/business owner and give out rides to others (EMPLOYEES) probably works fine. Isn't worth a damn for independent contractors working together. I will build something this year for independent contractors that are Co-petitors. These guys, 0 interest.
