Great app. All you do is put it on your phone and any other devices you use and you get paid each month. It would be great if they gave more choice for grocery shop vouchers but I get the Love2shop vouchers which can be used in Iceland. Otherwise its great and in 3years ive never not been rewarded on time. They also communicate very promptly by text or email.

Used to be great but for the past year or so it has constantly interfered with internet connections and android auto. The support team (by SMS) deny any other users have issues so maybe they don't read this page. It seems to mainly cause problems when moving between cell towers or hopping on and off WiFi. Either way it makes using Google maps/Waze almost impossible. I'll give it one more install before I uninstall it all

Constantly disconnects. Having to manually give access every hour or so which is frustrating! Considering removing the app

For a background app it's been okay. A few minor issues with it stopping data transfer, but some easy to follow instructions fixed that problem. Only real gripe with this app, is having to go in and pause the data transfer so I can record video.

This has to be the best app I have ever downloaded when I first got the email asking me if I would get paid to use this VPN all I could think was how this scam was going to work but then the gift card came and I was astonished it's been over 2 years now and I have not had even the slightest hint of a virus or anything like it and every month right on time my e gift card comes. Love Ipsos

I signed up for this through a survey group. Installed everything. It is A LOT. You have to allow them total access to your phone, install a security certificate and their VPN. With the app running it has your microphone turned on actively all the time. My phone tells me when the mic is on. It just seems like a lot of stuff to do. I also found it was draining battery more than expected. In 2 hours of background usage my phone reported 24% battery usage. Uninstalled, not for me.

I considered taking a star off because of the self-turning off problems this app has, without always realising for some time, but in the last few weeks it does seem to have got a bit better - a bit ironical as they're just removing me from the scheme after 3½ years! It's been a good journey - I'm actually missing it a bit! ('taken off it at random due to demographics'). The support team has always been friendly and I've managed to collect some really nice gifts from the catalogue. So thank you!

Was okay for a few months, running in the background with no worries, but ever since November 2022 or so, Wi-Fi and mobile data kept dropping out that would only be fixed upon forcefully stopping the Ipsos VPN. Furthermore, security issues kept cropping up, causing me to not be able to use banking apps. It would also result in me having to do a lot more CAPTCHAs than usual just to validate that I'm not a bot when browsing the internet. I really wanted to like it, but there's too many issues.
