A few things to note. This is a tracker app. Provides everything but tracking. 1. Live tracking doesn't work. 2. In old app, we atleast knew where our vehicle is at the moment. In this new app it's almost impossible. 3. Who hides map behind an odo meter on front page? Again, its a tracking app. 4. There should options regarding tracking, such as requesting a call to unlock car. Adding a planned trip and routes etc. Tell your developers, there's a thing called "MENU" and separation of features.

After every two three months they change app icon and old app stops working. You will need to download and install again (sometimes become difficult to find and select on app store due to change in icon). Now this new version is also not telling when engine was stopped as compared to older app where engine stop and turn off exact time used to be mentioned (like, engine turned off at 7:33am). No such information is present now.

very bad customer service. please don't join this tracker company. I am customer but no one Reply from help line number and my vehicle still offline.

Its a great app and you can monitor the car history at live mode and offline too

The cheapest application in the history of the Play Store and the Cheapest Software developers they have. They are very good on call and communication, but practically, they are totally dead. This is a team of Zoombies. Their app doesn't pop up any notifications. On Auto Call, it always give wrong information, and mostly, their system miss to notify the movement of the car. No emergency calls like battery removal or even tracker removal. These guys are really looting us with sasty developers

It used to be a decent app but with these upgrades they have even destroyed the basic functionality of app. Now whenever I try to login into app it generates an error that you're "already login" and that's it. You can't use the app, worst is that there is no option to report it directly from app. You've to call customer care and they will give you a standard reply "complaint has been forwarded to technical department". Not recommended for vehicles tracking

I am forced to change my views based on recent experience with them. The helpline is useless as the person doesn't know anything. All they can say is that the relevant dept can tell. There is no complaint management. No tracking of it. They don't tell you what they did. I didn't pay for this scam, but the lesson was learned. One doesn't need a tracker unless absolutely required, and there's no alternative. It doesn't provide any safety or even illusion of it.
