Update 2024: you can't even log in anymore because the login page is just an error message. It has been like this for weeks! Is this gonna be fixed??? Logs out by itself and now I can't log back in at all.

The app and functionality are ok and suit their purpose. The only thing that is really annoying; for something that needs to be used in between activities at a cash register it takes too long to start the app. Slow internet connection (some supermarkets are in concrete buildings); even slower. The only thing I need 90% of the times I open the app, is the barcode. I use a screenshot to scan the barcode now. Can the barcode be shown immediately, loading all other features in the background?

App doesn't function properly - every time there is a warning that my connection speed is too low (I don't consider the 200Gb I use at home low!). This message appears irrespective of using 4G or WiFi. In short I have never been able to log in with the app, so have to use the old school plastic card from Jumbo (and no, that is not just what I needed, another piece of plastic for my wallet ... in 2021)

The app is broken. The barcode only shows for a moment. Then it shows an empty square with only my name and my Jumbo number.

The new update for the special icon weekly and monthly offers is super annoying and very stupid who designed it !!!!! It's un organised and very messy, the one before is extremely organised and very well designed, I don't know why why on earth they change it !! I do agree with upgrade but this us down grade !!!!!

Can't login any more because app opens login browser page in Chrome which demands all sorts of privacy bs that's unacceptable. I have Firefox set as default browser, please make it follow user/system settings or you know, don't open browsers and have the login from inside the app...

Constantly logs out of account. Can not save account data. Puts me in awkward position in store because logged out of account and I dont have my password at that moment. I can not remember millions of passwords everytime when the app itself for some reason logs out of account
