I'm an East Coaster, I've always been an ECR listener but this app disappoints, can you make the app rich... We must login, must be user friendly to navigate around and add more pages on the app, the syncing between the previous played song & current playing song it fails us,must be able to listen even if the user have locked their device. PLEASE UPGRADE THE APP SO WE CAN ENJOY IT FULLY, it has a potential and i know Kagiso Media is capable of pulling this & making this app the best Radio app 💯

We need to be able to choose between the higher bitrate stream, regardless of a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. Leave it the way it is, by default, but have a switch in the settings menu to allow it to stream high quality over mobile data. I get 9GB of data per month where I live, and I'm sure most Saffas living abroad experience similar circumstances. In other countries data is stupidly cheap and faster than any adsl connection, so we shouldn't be limited to listening to lower quality streams.

Internet radio is not supposed to sound like it's connected to the airwaves. I get better quality sound from the airwaves. Website not connecting, you HAVE to download the app. There are other internet streaming radios to choose from. Maybe put the streaming address out so we can use VLC for playback. Thank you. I have a problem with sending messages on WhatsApp to ecr . When i send or try to enter for a competition, i get the same reply all the time saying woul you like to receive sms about promotions, 1 yes 2 no when i respond with a answer, i get the same reply it is very frustrating. None of my messages goes through. Please fix it.

I'd give the app a 5 star rating,but after playing for a long time or being on for a long time,it just stops in the middle of nowhere,otherwise,it's great,clear app.Also,I wish the app could be free,datafree🤭🥹 because one doesn't always have data,and I miss out because I love ECR that much.

This app has been great, lately I've been, encounter a issue. I listen to the radio, shortly after my cell screen goes blank the streaming stops. When I press the power button to open apps. Then the radio starts up and plays the ad first. So I lose comments/news etc.

Enjoy having East Coast online. However those over repeated adverts that just play half way through a song are just very negative to the positive experience. I understand that they pay the bills and are needed, but a little less, our only at log ontime would be best.
