Worst app... they cancel the booking and don't give the refund. I had booked a turf using this app and then within few minutes they send an cancellation email. After that they said that refund is credited but it's not credited. I have been following up with then since more than a week but they are not responding on any of my emails and still no resolution is provided. I'm still awaiting for my refund of 2.5k Don't use this app.

Booking process is smooth but still there are lot of places specifically for badminton that needs to be added for booking. Second at the time of booking insurance is ticked by default and some minimal amount is deducted. This really is unethical practice and needs to be stopped. I have option to deselect it but my point is simple this option should not auto selected. Whoever wants it can take it

I booked a class and completed the payment on the Khelomore app, with the payment going through successfully. However, the booking isn't appearing in the app. I also created a support ticket, but it's been over four days without any response to my email.

I have not gone through the whole app but I think there should be a option for selecting time and type of mat for badminton and it should the availability as per your selection.

There is no option to reschedule the booking. Customer care number simply says Thanks and Good Bye. Worst app and worst customer service

Worst app. Extremely slow Bad payment results No confirmation given even after booking slots. Hudle is much better then this.

Do not download this app. There is no refund or money here. It likes it too much They don't know how to talk. Their behavior is bad and they say anything This application is very slow and also hangs Is there no customer care number which you can contact and solve the problem?
