Had problems with this app several months ago with "connectivity" issues and, in general, the inability to reset my account to get into it to scan my test strips. After reinstalling, recently, I have full functionality. So, either the app was fixed or it's luck, but for now, it's working well. Bumped the 1-star to 3, for that fact, but still maintaining an average rating for the constant recommendations on treatments. Wish I could just simply track my results without all the fluff.

Edit review: it appears that this app has started working again. I'll bump my score back up to a 3, and when I'm confident in it I'll bump it further. Used to work, now it doesn't . When you try to scan a Clorox test strip, it doesn't recognize the strip and wants you to retake the picture. Have tried multiple times with multiple strips and it doesn't recognize it.

App doesn't work no matter how many times I have installed and un-installed the app. It won't even let you log in. Even to change my password even though I know it's right because I programmed it with my finger print. It could be a good app if it truly worked. I think I'll just stick with getting my water tested a Leslie's pool. At least I know there testing is free and actually works.

I wish I could rate this lower. This app has worked great and now this year, I cant get it to work. I have updated, attempted to update my password and nothing works. Every time I try to update, the password link says it's expired right after I get it. Come on Clorox, you are better than this. Beyond frustrated and super annoyed with you. If I can find another app, I am done with you!

Been using this app for years, and it worked great until the latest update. Now it just spins. Perfect example of why not to fix something that isn't broken. Well you need to fix it, since most of bought the Clorox test strips because of the advertised support app. Well since the app no longer works, I believe that's a breach of contract. Just saying

I have been using this app for several years, but I have never had the issues with it that I'm having this season. Can't get it to scan the test strip, so I do the manual test, but can't get those results either. Don't know what happened to this app, but please fix it!! I have loved it up to this season, whatever changed, those "fixes" aren't working.

After deleting and reinstalling the app (wouldn't let me update for some reason so I was still using old version and didn't know I wasn't using new version), this app is almost perfect. By far the most accurate and easy to read app/test strips I've used. Better if you manually enter results but now that you can adjust results, this app is soooo much better and it gives you a better idea of how much chemicals to add.

Love this. We found the strips for our pool and tried out the app, now I cannot stop using. Only a couple things I think should be fixed. There should be a history to keep past logs. I love that there is different ways to test the water, but you cannot choose in between two numbers so you have to go higher or lower than you would like to. The last thing is that it is hard to tell what it says outside. It tells you how much to put in the pool and you can add products you need to your Walmart cart
