My KDC200 can connect to his app, but now I can no longer connect through bluetooth and use in other apps. My bluetooth settings show that the KDC is paired but doesn't say connected. I am using a Samsung 10+. It was working fine until this app was installed. I also tried uninstalling this app, still does not work.

Im not sure why people are complaining about the app, I have found random issues with depending on the android version but nevertheless it functions as it should. If you are developing your own app to interact with the KDC (if your not, your doing it wrong...) this app is just used for adjusting settings in a GUI and testing the scanner functionality. Personally I create a single page of barcodes for each different model and in 2 seconds have the device configured instead of playing with a GUI. Putting any of their scanners into discovery mode seems to be haphazard but thats the firmware on the scanner not the app. Once the device is connected via bluetooth I have not encountered any problems using the app that degrade functionality. 4 stars for random functionality issues (i.e. when i uninstall the app and clear all data, delete all paired bluetooth devices from OS, restart the device and reconnect the newest KDC device the app tries to connect to an old KDC device somehow). When this happens, 3rd party app's like mine function just fine with the KDC device.

People who badmouth this app obviously have no idea what they are doing and need to sthu. I sell these scanners on a corporate level with the $6000 genetic study software i wrote and is sold all over the world. The scanner and this software work perfectly! I highly recommend both! We use this app to sync mobile with our software. Never any issues.

I can't get my KFC 200 to connect. Why not provide some instructions to help explain the features and troubleshoot. When I scan to find my phone the app crashes.
