The app is unable to upload any file for the document section while applying in the "Grievance Service" section. The app doesn't show a column for giving respondent's phone number. But then shows respondent's address in a column titled "respondent's mobile number" after completing the application procedure.

Pay tax not working, link building not working. Nothing in this app are working ??? It says visit website. All helpful options are not working. Then I don't know what is the purpose of this app. Another failed app similiar like Bevco to mislead common people.

OTP to login is not working. I used to pay tax using the same through website. OTP is not working on website either. Govt should pay the telephone dues first to solve this.

Inspite of big talk by the concerned minister, the App is still not working properly. It is not possible to register the building and pay tax. While going for registration it got struck at ward number. On giving ward number, it displays ' no option' 😡 and could not search and locate the building.

I can't able to register in ksmart app, on first page I successfully authorised with aadhar OTP, then on next page mobile number for login asked, I entered my mobile number and request for OTP, but it's shows 'no value present'.... Tried several times with alternative mobile number but same problem occur.

my link building application was initated on feb 24 it was not approved yet, then i deleted that today and again i submitted new application.
