Please don't fall into this trap. They don't inform completely the terms and conditions about the cost of the tag, and if you get into a parking lot with agreement, they charge a fee only for be near of there. They charge monthly fees even if you don't use the service.

Me cobraron más de 100 mil pesos por un parqueo de solo un par de horas en centro comercial colina Bogotá, han pasado más de dos semanas cuando me dijeron que máximo en 5 días me solucionarían, al llamar de nuevo me dicen que es problema de centro comercial la colina y no de ellos se niegan a escalar mi caso con un supervisor, pésimo servicio.

Es el peor servicio que visto, no tienen call center me dijeron que no me cobraban membresía y lo cobran, siempre piden tener mínimo 15 mil pesos, es el peor servicio no funciona para los peajes llevo 40 minutos y no se puede cancelar y pedíra devolución del dinero

Es mejor que no descarguen ni asocien a esta app, si bien es una buena iniciativa falta precisión con el valor de uso del servicio. Dos (2) me fue cobrado la activación del tag, el servicio al cliente no existe, nunca responden por cobros adicionales hechos, cobran un de positivo que nunca regresan ni es usable. Básicamente por usar al inicio el tag cobran 60.000 No usables. Relacionan de inmediato una suscripción sin consentimiento, te la cobran, si la cancelas te cobran.
