I swear everytime I go to make a payment in memory of previous months due date to pay exactly onto that day on already next current bill then I find its always seems like they moved up the payment dues date by a day or 2 even a week sooner then what it was before causing it to be a past due date thus as much I don't like the idea as it would seem I would have to pay it onto the first or 2nd day of the month now every month just not to be past a changed due day date unfortunately for now on too.

The website wouldn't load on my personal computer for some random reason, but I was able to use the app to pay my bill before I forgot about it. 10/10 for keeping the lights on, I guess.

I know it's winter but the increase in my bill is ridiculous. We manage our heat temp, covered up drafts and the bill almost doubled again since the winter rates started.

This app is absolutely horrible. If I could put 0 stars I would. I have to look up my account number (which should be saved) every time. Obviously i dont have that number memorized so i have to end up calling to pay my bill which there is a fee for. And that's just the main problem I have. It was easier when I could go and pay the bill at the office. But if course that's not available because everything is online. I've never been so frustrated with an app.

Worst payment app ever. Use to pay my bill. Will tell me the bill has been paid and the payment processed. Only to come back 7 days later and say the bill remains unpaid. When I try to call, they have the literal worst automated phone service I've ever dealt with. It's a joke. It doesn't even finish the option or tell you how to confirm a choice. Just leads you in circles. And good luck talking to an actual person.

The app worked decent for some time. Now all of a sudden it says the app needs to update. Tried updating the app but wasnt successful. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still did not work. Checking outage map always opened in the middle of the ocean and then you have to scroll multiple times to find your area. I expected a little more from this app given the company's technological stance as well as the dough they are raking in.
