Most of the time the system and app have been great. In the past 3 to 4 weeks not so good. Not getting notifications for permanent or temporary GEO Fences through the app. Apparently new system software update causing problems. Hopefully when they get the bugs out it will be great again. Sometimes slow to refresh and won't auto center like it should. Satellite maps need to be updated. Working off old Satellite images. Still enjoying the service and staff. Top notch.

Great product. The accuracy of the GPS location is phenomenal. Long battery life, so long as the intervals are not set to update every 10 to 30 seconds if the device is attached to a vehicle or something mobile. If the device is stationary, the battery life is very long. Ie; if the device is attached to an HVAC unit, the battery life can last weeks.

The App initially wouldn't let me register and would not give me a reason. Went to the web browser to register and it notified me that there can't be any special characters in the user name. Made the change and registered my account and device NO PROBLEM!! Really pleased with the tracker. Put it in my airline gun case to keep tabs on my equipment. Very happy with the purchase and service

When I first used this, it was amazing. Then, for a while, I didn't need it. I restarted service, and the tracking gets stuck on the path even when you know the tracker is somewhere else. Also, there are hours where it doesn't work at all, but the following day in history, it will show up. It kind of defeats the purpose.

Not getting "live" updates. I have to restart the whole app to get the updated location of the unit. When it's stopped between pings, I'm not seeing the final stopping point. Just the last ping location. Otherwise works fine. Great battery life.

Great app! 9/10 (only complaint is that it occasionally won't update the location right before the vehicle stops for an extended period) I'm using the full 60 second tracking updates. But other than that, it's perfect.

Will not send notifications when battery level is low, and there is a long delay in app before it will update the current battery life, I should be able to set custom reminders for battery life and have more options with the fence feature. Super basic app
