Does not support password managers. If you try to go back and forth using paste it wipes it out between views. Does not support bio login. Logs you out while you are actively using it. Only reason to use this over the website is if you want the convenience of photographing receipts, otherwise you're way better off on the web.

While I did figure out how to login - It's not clear why Nyhart would use separate logins for mobile vs web. This adds a ridicolous amount of confusion, not to mention further confusion for those who have changed their usernames. Furthermore, the 'default' PW suggested in the docs was incorrect, and I had to go through a reset anyway. This really needs simplified for anyone who wants to actually utilize the app.

App uses different password than website and requires changing that password often. Can't use a password manager. This is the worst and most irritating app I've used. It's basically useless. You can't change your password on the app because of errors in app, so you have to call to get a new password. This app makes me want to leave my employer.

Useless! I have never been able to use this app! I tried signing in with my web credentials-get message that username/password incorrect. Tried using my employee ID as username with my employee ID and last 4 if ss# as directed by my employer - I get the same error! Totally disgusted with this app so I uninstalled it.

App does not recognize my login; tells me my username or password is incorrect when I'm pasting it on from a password manager. If I can't log on I can't use it. One star is too much, it actually deserves zero.

Like many others have reported here, I get invalid login error but using the same credentials to access the web site. Why is this not fixed? Useless app.
