I had made payment for the previous version which was call "Sightspace 3D", then unistalled. Somehow when I am back to download and install the current version.... does not work anymore even through the corrected username. Please, make suggestion.

I agree with the masses... This *was* a great app until it was repackaged as a "pro" edition, requiring ridiculous subscription fees.
