Service has become even worse..... App shows you two blocks away from your actual location for pickup, can't enter the address manually, then shows your driver arriving in one minute for twenty minutes... Then driver won't come to your location, you have to walk to them. Used to only have Yellow Cab App on my phone, not anymore

If i could rate 0 i would. Cab didn't show up! I got texts saying it arrived and another that said i arrived at my destination plus an email with the invoice that was apparently paid on board. Don't know who they picked up or if the texts and emails were all lies. I tried phoning yellow cabs and got an automated message trying to get me to book my saying my pickup location which didn't work at all

App does not stay active long enough while my activation code is sent. Therefore I must start the app again, in order to input the activation code, when received, about 30 secods later. Unfortunately, starting from scratch generates yet another code. Therefore, I am never active long enough to input the code generated for the same session, and end up in an endless loop, unable to activate the app. Discouraging!

The most important feature of this app is that you get to skip the phone dispatcher entirely, and get a cab faster to the place you want. Every taxi company should offer an app that offers this basic feature now. Seeing the car approach on the map, that's nice too. Competing with uber/lyft that way. The app used to store credit card details but now it doesn't. I miss that feature.

Started off by calling to book the machine couldn't understand the address I was saying so it put me through to a operator waited 30 mins on the phone then downloaded the app and put my booking it then filtered through the taxis till it got the closest one (10 mins later) when I finally got a driver they went to the wrong location at least 10 mins away from me texted saying I wasn't at the location and cancelled my booking no call or anything

Pick anyone else but Yellow Cab. Garbage app garbage service from Yellow Cab - this is why Victoria needs more ride sharing like Uber... Used the app to schedule in advance pickup before & after an event - pickup in the morning was fine but pickup afterwards at 4pm never happened!! Despite phone calls to useless dispatch! It is 6pm & the app just notified the ride is cancelled.

It is the worst customer service. I've been using yellow cab since I came to Victoria, and i booked a cab to go to work. But the cab didn't show up, and I called the customer service. But the guy was really rude and just said it's on the way. I told him that I booked the cab one hour ago, then he shouted at me like it's on the way, so cancel the cab or what. At least he had to try to find the other cab instead of shouting. Terrible customer service ever.

I've never successfully gotten a cab using this app or even by calling this company, the most recent time was when I tried to book a cab after work 30 minutes after the pickup time they hadn't even assigned a driver and I ended up having to walk through the worst part of downtown Vic at midnight. If I could give negative stars I would DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
