App is really slow to wake up the car in general, and as of yesterday (12/16/24) the app won't wake up the car remotely anymore. It worked in the morning (although still very slow) but not since the afternoon. I tried reinstalling app, restarting phone, etc and it doesn't work anymore. Hopefully it gets fixed soon and then I will likely change my review to 3 stars at most bc it still isn't that great or reliable.

Very good, but would be better if one could access the vehicle's cameras through the app. It also could be a quicker in interacting with the car, but I don't find it ridiculously bad like some reviewers here.

This app is way too slow. Using phone as a key is super slow, I have to pretty much stand right next to the car for 30 seconds before it will unlock. Stop advertising these vehicles as technologically advanced. The technology speed of this app and vehicles features remind me of the aol start-up.

Mobile key doesn't work most of the time on android. If working around the car in the garage the car keeps locking and unlocking and then app freezes. Would be nice to have ability to keep car unlocked at home location without turn off the auto lock feature. Would be nice to have live view on car cameras in the app. Alexa linking doesn't work.

Rating the app lower, because "vehicle offline" is by far the most common status. When it works, it is good (it's just that "waking up vehicle" gets stuck about half of the time).

I just purchased a new 2025 Lucid Air. App works fine but slow.I was disappointed with having no access to my cameras. Tesla app worked allot better and with more features.

Still doesn't fix the issues within the app. Climate takes forever to load and vehicle is mostly offline. I left my climate running and try to turn it off from the app and I couldn't.

The Android version is not good, it takes a long time, if the car ever "wakes up" at all. I would not be able to take my car without the key fob. I don't trust the app at all.
