Able to charge my car after the apps deducted RM100 from my account. Then I walked away from my car to somewhere else. The charging stop after 6 min 12 sec with remarks "Charger unavailable for use due to it being out-of-order, under maintenance or temporary closed". The WhatsApp response asked me to change charging station and another RM100 will be deducted from my account. Highly inconvenience & disappointed experience. Appreciate the administrator of the apps can improve the customer journey.

Please revert to old payment system. The new pre authorisation sucks. Everytime i charge i need to put rm100 on hold which will be refunded in 3-5 days. I do ehailing service and i charge everyday, so i must standby rm300-500 just to charge? Pathetic.

Few problem on the app 1) the app crash time to time during charging session and restart by itself automatically 2) the favorites location not able to save more when you have more 8 locations in your favorites list. Pls fix the bugs.

The app is kinda useless now with the removal of the annual membership. Please bring back the annual membership!

Good luck contacting the customer support via WhatsApp when you face any problem with the charging stations or transactions. The chat is powered by bot and they don't reply to an inquiry. As stated in their website, 7 days a week, 365 a year. (BROUGHT TO YOU BY BOTS)

Latest version is richer now. But home screen does not display real time status info. Need to click individual stations to see actual status.
