Excellent app. Makes talking to a doctor and getting a prescription much easier. Can be done from the comfort of your bed or couch. Especially when really not well, this is a life/time saver. Hospital waits can be lengthy. This is all usually done within a few minutes. Edit * Can no longer use the app . Says I have to use the "benefits app" to access maple. I cannot find any other maple app.

Incredibly upset right now. I have $121 of flexible credits that I have been saving for in case of an emergency. Well, the emergency came, and I can't use them because Maple has switched to being an $80/month subscription service. Now I have wasted $121 that I can never get back because I can't afford that subscription service. Horrible.

This app sucks. Talked to a doctor very quickly so that was great but the app freezes when your adding a pharmacy so the prescription doesn't go through. Then contacted maple for help and same thing happened again. Been trying to get through for quite a while now. I give up!

I paid, and tried to set up an appointment. They rejected me and said that I needed to see a doctor in person. Won't issue a refund. I'm sure it says that somewhere in the fine print but it's a pretty greasy move. The chat which I was directed to was also useless and only has an AI chatbot. An email to reach someone to resolve this would be appreciated.

This was my first time using virtual care. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. I was able to have an appointment with a doctor the same day I required help. They were respectful and professional. I would certainly recommend using this service. In our complex health care landscape we currently have this option is a blessing Thank you

Now that Maple requires a subscription for $80 a month to get care, my wife is no longer able to get her medication as she was relying on a doctor through Maple. Edit: The $80 a month is not worth it to someone who doesn't have to visit with a doctor monthly. My wife only has to book an appointment a few times a year. There should be a cheaper subscription offered. possibly one where you pay a monthly fee and only get x amount of consultations per month or 3 months or something.

I've had to uninstall & reinstall the app twice already because it wouldn't work. It was fairly easy to use once I got it working though. Please fix the bugs so I won't have to keep deleting & re-adding this app.

Only AFTER I paid $90 did my request for an appointment get repeatedly denied. They charge for a service then won't even have a doctor meet with you. And of course it's not refundable. No services received but I get charged. What a rip off. The company responds saying that some requests are not appropriate for virtual services. Well I submitted four seperate appointment requests for 4 seperate issues ranging from a medication refill to sinus infection to cold/flu and all were denied.
