Been trading crypto for a year, and Margex’s 100x leverage on BTC got me hooked. Deposited CAD via Interac—smooth but with a 1.5% fee. Nailed $800 scalping SHIB during the meme frenzy, but the app froze last Tuesday during CPI news. Missed my exit point, and support only offered a $20 credit. The ‘Risk Calculator’ is a lifesaver for newbies, though. Withdrawals to Newton take 30 mins, which is decent. 4/5, but fix the app lag during major events like earnings reports

Been using Margex for 3 months from London. The 100x leverage is wild but addictive! Closed a 25x long on ETH during the Merge hype and made £1.2k. Demo mode saved me early on—practiced for weeks before risking real cash. Hate the withdrawal fees though: £18 for a BTC transfer? Even my dodgy Wi-Fi during Tube rides hasn’t caused app crashes. Support took 10 hours to fix a deposit issue, but they apologized with a £10 fee credit. Solid for scalping, but avoid trading during UK lunch hours.

So initially starting out i would have given this platform 5 stars. I liked it's ease of use, feel it's very similar to other leverage trading platform forms so I was happy with it. But after a few months things like excessive fees, and fund withdrawal times really started to bother me. I'll still use this app but it won't be the only for sure.

Don't waste your money here on this platform. They halted XRP/SUI because people were making too much money and they couldn't keep up. They are $100-$200 less than the actual price of BTC on other platforms. They also charge more than shown for fees and funding. For example, they show $2 but take $10. Their metrics are so far behind that you are guaranteed to lose your money while they get your fees and funding. No one makes money with this app. If you do start making money, they stop trading.

It's a cool app, but the UI is trash. It takes about a minute to update your in order p&l, the price is not in sync with the chart price, and sometimes you can't select the crytpo, and have to switch tabs and then switch back to the crypto tab to see the chart. Just some bugs which I am sure can be fixed with time. UPDATE - They say they reverted all orders including losses, but they didnt even give me back my losses. This app is quite litteraly a scam. They did a very good job taking my money.

Don't use it if you are a regular trader. It's not designed to simply a purchase. You will end up leverage trading and loosing all your money Reply to developer. False, its not easy for beginners. It's confusing. And there is no protection. People can literally loose all there money if they forget to set a stop loss. For example

From Sydney here. Margex’s app is slick, but AUD deposits via PayID take 2 hours—annoying when you spot a dip. Nailed a 10x short on LUNA before it imploded (RIP my nerves). Demo account taught me to set stop-losses properly. Withdrawals? USDT-ERC20 cost $25 AUD… daylight robbery! Support once helped me recover a typo TXID in 8 hours. Avoid trading during Aussie midnight—spreads widen like the Outback.

Order book is trash, spreads are trash, interest is too high and has one of the worst user interfaces I've ever used on a trading app. Absolute garbage app.
