The app is very simple, user friendly and straightforward. It solves a sound problem. I'd add one feature if possible which is tracking the order once released, and trying to offer better delivery time. Fix the relevant items section, they are showing irrelevant items. Good Job.

Though I liked the application a lot, I missed two important features: 1) Confirmation email: on placing the order, although it is saved in the history, it is necessary to get a confirmation email so we can rest assured that the order was received and we can have a list that we can print to check against delivery. This facility is available with most supermarkets. 2) It would be very useful if we can copy a delivered order (or several) to a new order so we can save time entering since most of the time, we buy similar products. Using the app on Galaxy Note 8 UX is foggy and unclear. After placing my address, the app logged out. Re-entered and the app wanted a new address. Had to put the information i placed at first, only to find that it already saved the first time but did not notify me if i wanted to use the already logged address. In the address section i couldn't leave the section after pressing the close button many time. Nice Initiative but needs to be reworked from UI and UX. A room for a lot of improvement!

With the new updates the app is not working 🤷♀️ Overall good application. I would add 2 features. 1) Allowing to search for an item before selecting a store. Not having to go one by one to find what you need. 2) even if we exit the application and re-enter we should see the tracking of the orders not yet delivered.

After my previous rating, I got contacted by Markit customer care service to inquire about the drives behind the bad review I gave. This speaks highly of the administration, cause it shows that they care about feedback and seek to improve their operations. The 2 problems I had in the previous delivery (late arrival, no mask) were solved in the latest delivery. Due care was taken in the goods selection, if an item was not in stock, I was called to select an alternative. Good experience this time!

The app variety and service are impressive. Im ordering on daily basis to my work and home. I love the morning man2usheh with fresh juice for breakfast and the lunch options even though i have to pick them fast before they run out! Love the app. Please add more variety for dog food 🥰

Plz allow deleting of duplicate addresses so we can rate 5 stars Thanks for your fast reply, true it was that simple. One more edit is needed in searching, instant suggestions during typing, and intelligent search without having to type the exact brand, try for example to look for "clip" instead of "clipp".

Great app👍👍👍✌✌✌.... I use it all the time ... It facilitates your life...you can simply log in and choose the items from the online supermarkets registered on the app ...add them to the cart then you get your stuff delivered in less than 20 minutes...Its really amazing and beneficial...I highly recommend this app for all users...Even if you have a problem...You can communicate with the support team and they will resolve your problem in a wink. They really care for their customer's satisfaction
