I cannot login using app. Asks for email but I think it needs to ask for username. If I enter username it tells me its an invalid email. If I enter email it tells me incorrect username or password. Absolutely useless if you cannot login.

I've had MASA for about 3 years. I used it 2 years ago. They paid what Medicare didn't pay. It was only $100.00. That time it wasn't much but I had no trouble. I feel relief knowing I'm covered for the ride I'm given. Ambulance are very expensive and knowing I'm covered with what Medicare doesn't pay. What can I say but Thank you MASA for your help. I am unable to login . I have my account and I am able to login via the portal bug the app won't let me. it's asking for email and password. in the portal it asks for Username and password. the Username and password works only in the portal .

App will not let me create account nor will it let me reset my password. I have been a member of MASA for 9 years. The app does not recognize me. Lousy app. Called member services and got 0 help!

I just signed up & couldn't download app on my brand new android. Won't provide a verification code to continue. Will uninstall & try another method after " THE WAITING PERIOD"

Requires a separate account. Will not accept your existing MASA log in info. To establish an account, it will require you to scroll, month by month, to your birth date (in my case May 24 to June 1957... MONTH BY MONTH). Don't waste your time. And I hope this isn't a glimpse into the issues I may face if I ever have to actually use their service.
