'Scan ticket' option is TERRIBLE. 1. It doesn't adjust focus at all. 2. Doesn't recognize the ticket most of the time. 3. Every second it tries to read barcode without focusing the lens, fails to recognize, and hangs the device for few milliseconds. 4. The haptic feedback vibration after every failed attempt is SOO annoying, since the app rarely recognizes tickets. 5. The device hangs after every second so can't enter barcode number manually either. 6. Manual enter mode doesn't let you paste copied number. The least they could do is 'Touch to refocus & rescan'. This is basics for any app that uses camera!

I have been using this almost for 3 years now. Everytime an update comes, I expect the bugs to be fixed. But unfortunately irs doesn't. Developers should do more testing. Main issue is when u put a street parking & if internet is switched off by mistake & you try to extend the time by switching on the Internet, the app goes blank. You can extend the time. It needs Internet continuously when parking is ACTIVE.

I parked my car at a place and took a bus to another city thinking I'll pay the amount through this app. This app is so useless. I'm trying since a hour by the location can't be set. It's showing me the place where I'm currently than where I have parked my car. There's no way I can adjust the location. The app is crashing each time I try to pin the location. Also I tried to contact customer care but in vain. 10 mins into the call and all I hear is that stupid tune and no one's picking. Pathetic.

Absolutel utter design process and integration with the actual parking spots. Paid for a 15 hours parking spot in advance, got a pass and during entry in the parking, forgot to scan the pass and instead got a new ticket which was a mistake on my part but I thought to myself since I have already paid for 1 parking spot, it should be fine. I was wrong and forced to repay the full parking amount second time for 1 spot that I occupied in the parking. Poor integration just avoid it.

They are thieves in disguise. I Parked the Car in the Jeddah Airport indoor parking and got fined 670 + 11 riyals (late parking) and car towed to the downside faraway place (within 15 mins of parking).I have to hassle alot to find the car first. I have no idea about that fine. There is no clear indication of No parking, its a normal parking place with other cars, only something written on the wall. They could have put a board there for no parking or given a warning fine of 100 riyals etc.

The minimum amount to recharge is 50 SAR, I very rarely need paid parking so it's no for me. Also the parking meter in my city only accept Coins (even some coins are rejected by machine), no Riyal notes and card payment which is literally a thing of 2000s. Kindly upgrade your parking meters to card and NFC payment so I can just pay by taping my phone.

upon payment an error message appears "Malformed server response" I tried deleting the app and reinstall it and still same error now I got a fine ticket because of your stupid app I called your customer support and explained everything, she responds "few seconds and I'll get back to you" she kept me on hold for more than 8 minutes and I had to hang up, I called again with no response at all this time you deserve a prize of the worst application and service on earth. congratulations 🎉

I installed the app for the first time and during registering my car plate number the app is asking me to pay penalty of SAR 85 for wrong parking. I checked the penalty date, timing and location and it was showing old date of 2023 and the penalty place showing a location I never visited before. what is this non sense
