Search feature is not very good. You can't modify the search values for saves searches. The saved searches we use most are ones that all the user to enter the search terms before running the search. There is no way to do this in the app. When you select a saved search, it will only search for values that were saved with the search instead of allowing you to enter your own values. This is the only way to search by UDF which is how we search.

It's 2024, get reminders and alerts notifications on my phone like every single other calendar app. No excuse, no alternatives blabla do this on outlook. Don't update it next year or say you're looking into it. PUT reminders and alerts on that's it.

I LIVE on Maximizer, and have since '95. Cloud version has +'s and -'s and needs more improvements, but is already an improvement overall. 'Indispensible, especially when on a sales trip, like now.

Does not offer a signature on emails. I would think this should tie in with the desktop version. Also, alarms don't ring on phone for appointments...I only see them if I happen to be using the app at their appointed time.

😮 Wow, this CRM is on steriods. Your productivity will increase and having the integration with Outlook is just so intuitive. Having your customers and their contacts, your todo list all in one place is just Wow. Love the APP. Well done

Can't stand it the app, but love the desk top version so will be loading that back up again. The desk top version is much more useful and adjustable.

Superb, gives me access to all our contacts from our hosted Maximizer database... before used to have Maximizer installed on our local server but the Maximizer team was able to take that over on their server online and now I have one less server to worry here. Our carbon footprint is even smaller when you think about it as a result.
