I've tried a handful of fitness apps over the years but I always come back to this one. Once you have your program and weights set it does all of the thinking for you with progressions and which plates to use on each set. Tons of programs and lots of customization if your program needs adjusting. Worth every cent and more.

Love the app, although as of writing this, the graph functionality and the calendar on the bottom both crash the app - will try and resolve it on my own first before communicating the precise issue. Edit: already a quick edit: it's only the graph, the calendar only crashes the app because on the way, the app sweeps through the bottom row of apps - where the graph then crashes the app.

A great app, does what I need and more. I lost my premium features temporarily because I have 2 play accounts and app was installed or updated via the wrong one (the one that had not originally purchased the premium features). All good now, with the help of friendly customer service person.

This app is incredible. It does everything you want it to do. You can customize everything. Never did I encounter a situation where I wished I could change this or that with the app, it lets you change whatever you want. You can select from popular programs or you can edit them to suit your needs or you can create a program from scratch. All of the exercises link to tutorial videos by good sources like Alan Thrall. The developer is a great guy that cares about the quality of his app.

The best workout app on the Play Store! Reminiscent of Stronglift 5x5 app but even better because: 1. No monthly subscription for premium access. 2. Lots of proven programs built in from beginner to advance. Once you are done with a program you can easily transition to the next with a few simple touches. 3. Highly customizable. You can modify programs or create your own and export/backup to the cloud! Buy premium access and this will be the only workout log you'll ever need!

Used to be a great app for planning, logging, and tracking workouts. Recently the app started malfunctioning and then the name changed so idk what's up. Sometimes if you change the amount of weight you're going to do for a set, it changes that set and all previous sets to 0. The 1rm function is not working correctly. If you change the 1rm goal it will not log the weight you changed it to, instead automically logging the weight it had suggested. Either way it's still a good app and I'll keep it.

Brilliant Workout Planner and Tracker. I moved to the paid version within a week, and have been happily using it for around 18 months now. A good choice of prebuilt, proven workout routines or the option to build your own or enter the program your PT designed for you. This has been built by someone who really understands strength training and has all of the options you need whether you are a beginner or an experienced lifter. It's intuitive enough to just dive right in and get started. Try it!

Really intuitive app with many routines to choose from. Even if you can't find one that works for you you can make your own. Backing up data is a real cakewalk too. Never gonna go through a workout without this app ever again. P.S. Customer support is really good. Helped me restore a purchase rather quickly and without fuss.
