Fleet size seems insufficient. App does not have any option to cancel search. So you need to keep your eyes constantly on screen. And when you cancel a ride after it is accepted too late, they charge you cancellation penalty. Developers need training in basic customer service skills.

May be the ride service might be good, but app has many problems. Choosing pin location sometimes instead of selected location from search list. When entering dropoff in search field text is not showing, sometimes showing but location not searching properly. And sometimes it hang up the device.

I booked a ride but the rider did not arrive at my location and didn't answer my phone. I even pressed the help button on the app but nothing happened. i could see rider going away from my location. I had no option , i contacted mrides help but , no response. I cancelled the ride upon which Rs30 penalty is imposed on me . Later I received a call from m rides . I was told that the penalty would be waived, but it is not waived yet.

It's very good initiative took by MRides to make this kind of application which is very useful for lower and middle class people they can easily travel and entertain by this application this application should be promoted by the marketing or give some attentions to new costumers or give some activities to general places to develop people's interaction towards this application I am using this app as a driver of a car but lots of people didn't know much about it we had to promote this very quickly

Users should be very careful when using this app. Its a scaming app. I downloaded it but haven't use it, just type in my credit card and I got charged twice without using this app.

Scam!!! Please be aware if you are downloading this app for food these Guy's are running fake advertisements on social media that they're offering first order free but there's nothing like that... And one more thing they're Charging too much GST for orders.... Foodpanda app is way better for ordering food

Yesterday I tried a lot to search m ride cab in the busy area of korangi karachi. But not even single cab is seen. Poor service. Me to give incentives to drivers so you have cabs available in every area of biggest city of Pakistan.
