Not happy with the reception desk. why do you need kyc if you have rely solely on the manual admission form. I was in critical condition and form was submitted by a less educated person. But even after submitting aadhar they are asking for application for name change. If that's the case any criminal can show that he was admitted in medanta and thats a serious security lapse. Not happy with this type of service from this institute

Hospital environment is somehow nice but the experience with the app is worst I have faced. In terms of booking experience or cancelling , no option to reschedule. Many things. The people behind the app do not work honestly who shared OPD data's and app need to be more user friendly.

Very slow responding app. Also usability is not that good compared to other apps like Artemis. Even after booking appointment, my appointment was cancelled without any information. When i booked at hospital that was not getting displayed in app. Lot of improvement is needed. Doctors profile also need to be there in app.

This app is a total waste of time ..If it takes so much time to load, in that much time the Pateint could get a hear attack. App cache is a nightmare . When U upload the documents, thereis no thumbnail kind of picture showing which pic is being uploaded. When u download the doctors recommendation then there should be a option from where u can directly acces it , for example how a folder contains all the documents and prescription. Why do i need to download it evertime ?

Worst app ever downloaded from plsystore. Downloaded the app, tried to register using Patient ID, Phone No. and email, but failed. Tried to activate filling the form, but failed, tried to login using OTP, OTP received but login failed. On enquiry, I was told to login through browser wherein also login failed. If I need to login through browser then what is the use of dedicated app. Anyway, consequently for all this mess, I am unable to access any of my reports. Just disgusting app. Wasted time.

Unable to login into the app. It says a newer version of app is available and request for update. When you try updating then it takes you to the Playstore where the only available options are Uninstall and Open. When you click on Open then it asks the app to be updated. This loop continues.

Horrible app... I've installed it... It won't open; keeps saying new version is available, please update and when I click on update nothing happens and it shows uninstall app option. Unable to book online appointments either because their site says do it through the app!
