Could not get past the password creation screen before the appointment started because of some bug with the continue button. Had to use Google Duo as a back up to talk to the doctor. Eventually I borrowed a phone to create a log in and used it on my phone to get an account, because they just couldn't have a web page to create the account outside of the application.

App says "search for a doctor," but asks for a name first!! There appears to be no regional list or (gosh!) map of doctors who might even use this app...so I guess I have to keep plugging in my OWN doctors' names to see if they would even subscribe to this app. Tiresome searching. Nothing is explained. Ultimate fail.

I keep getting a connection error. I have used this app for the last 2 months with no problems until now. My chats are not going through. I was using myfreedoctor service which is great. This app is preventing me from reaching them.

It worked ok and was able to connect with a doctor. Then it stopped connecting while in the middle of a consultation. I got charged for the consultation but not able to see the status or my prescription and not able to reach to doctor. Keeps giving an erro "connection can't be established. Please try again". There is no support.

I can't fill out my profile because the app doesn't recognize my FULL and legal address! It keeps saying "Must use full address," and CHANGES my address to an arbitrary address that doesn't even exist on our road! So, I am going to have to find/use a different option that works!

I can't get past step 3, no messages after almost 3 weeks. I do not recommend. I know friends and family who have used it and received help.bi never get massaged back to get the help I need. Maybe something is wrong with this app. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled, no like co. If you need help, do not bother with this app.

I created an account but haven't been able to connect for doctor names and location..constant error messages..connection cannot be established..very frustrating. My technical son troubleshooted app for permission s etc.no way to send a text without getting another error message..app then locked up Where is helpdesk support?

The answer button does not always work. No matter whether you tried to slide the button push the button-down and hold it or just tap the button it would not answer. After a while it would work I'm talking like maybe a minute 2 minutes. If the call did go through the doctor could not hear me or see me and I could not hear the doctor or see him. This program is not ready for prime time use. And needs to be rewritten so that it would be work better.
