I like the color and theme options but the app is not reliable. I have had several instances of messages not being received. When I go to Google messages they are there but they never show up in this app. I contacted Color Support and they initially replied with a couple of questions. I answered and since then they have ghosted me. I have now asked for a refund. We'll see if they give it to me.

I've emailed support several times and still have not received any response!! This app doesn't perform dependably! It receives most texts, but not all. There have been several plain texts, pictures, and gifs that have not shown up in this app. When I switch to say Google text message, the missing texts show up dependably. The app has sent a notification saying there's a new message, but when I open the app, the text doesn't exist. When I click on the personalized folders, the lists don't load.

Love the app but don't think I'll be keeping it as it has stopped working for me twice now, where I can't see any of my messages from the ones I send and any of the ones I receive. I have emailed them before about it and they fixed it's only been a couple days since then and it's already doing it again.

At first, on a different phone, there was no MMS or functioning links. Now I've got a new phone and MMS works and I am receiving functional plain text links; when I send links however, although they are functional, they are not visible. At least, not on my end. Some cool features on this app, if only it would work. 🙃🫠

I like many things about this app. A couple of deal killers. First, you cannot download photos to your gallery, but instead have to search your phone's media files. Second, it goes through periods where it will fail to send even simple texts. Photo uploading is also very slow. Worse, it continues to demand I upgrade to a pro account when I already paid for it. At that point I have to restart my phone & restart the app so it will remember that I already did waste my money upgrading my account.

So far I have no problems, easy customization and cool theme selections. I wish in the future attaching documents (like pdf, word etc) would be implemented for convenience. I have to set Google messages as default to send documents via text and go back this app to do so. Edit: it's been great, one bug I found is contact picture change doesn't change at all. Tried other apps and it worked but not this one

Love this app, it's customizable. The only thing I don't like is you can only use their wallpaper. They need to make it to where you can use your own photos. Then I would give it 5 stars.

The ads are irritating as all hëll but now I HAVE to uninstall it b/c I could not receive important text messages! A new one would come through (no pop up or beep like it was) but I couldn't actually read them! It had ZERO messages for August even though the were coming through!
