why is our own visual voicemail and only one we have just not working at all for an indefinite amount of time? Good thing I'm not deaf, I'd never know what this important voicemail says unless I got through all the others I can't hear to get to it. Thankfully I have friends who can. I can't get into it at all. It just keeps getting an error and starting over like I've never set it up. This is a quality brand switch 👏🏼

Is this App some kind of a joke? What is this? I had to try several times to get it "activated" and then every other time I open the app to use, it wants to activate again but then fails. It's a never ending cycle of having to re-activate and fail. And then it activates and works but then it won't work and wants to activate again and fail again. I guess I'll just go back to Cricket service as their Visual Voicemail app always worked.

This app used to work great but since the update the app won't allow me to delete messages, it just errors out and says it couldn't refresh. I'm missing important messages. it won't even allow me to listen to most of the messages that are there. It says unable to replay. What I do get is a constant message to Upgrade to premium. I feel they want to force you to pay for the premium service. They've also fixed it so it's the only one that works on my phone. May have to switch carriers.

used to work, now it's garbage. seems to have implemented some new "authentication" in recent update that requires disconnecting from WiFi every time app is opened, and only works if tmo SIM is primary. Oh well, voicemail is a tool of dinosaurs that needs to die anyway, so kudos tmo for accelerating the process. now all the spam voicemails I never check will just take up your server space forever, since I can't use this app to delete them and won't use your voice menus. enjoy.

I would rate it zero stars if I could. Has an extremely limited amount of storage. Then over 90% the time, it refuses to allow you to delete messages. I have to "delete" the same voicemails several times over several days, sometimes over 20 times over the course of a month, in order to get voicemails to delete. Extremely frustrating!! 😡 I don't even want to think about how many voicemails that I've missed on account of running out of space. Also allows blocked numbers to fill up your voicemail.

Doesn't work. It stopped working and wouldn't let me retrieve my messages. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it won't allow me to even set it up. It doesn't get past the PIN number. It won't let me pick my own pin and sets up a random one. It won't let me use the Random pin to get into the app. It only gives me an error message. What really sucks is that I've lost my dead son's last messages because I can't use this app anymore. Sigh 😔

This WAS my FAVORITE reason for being a MetroPCS customer until T-Mobile took it over and literally destroyed its basic functionality. Often crashes or can't complete a simple task like deleting a message or switching outgoing messages. Now claims to import mp3 and other audio files, but doesn't even import its native files I've saved. Often messages aren't saved to the app but go to regular VM for no apparent reason. Several calls to T-Mobile for help were dismissed cuz I'm not their customer.

I don't understand. this app used to work flawlessly, then it had an upgrade...the result- wouldn't download the voicemails anymore. there was another update. the result of that update??? Can u guess? can you? well, the app doesn't work at all now. I can't even get to my VM with the app. it keeps giving me the option to call my voicemail. The whole reason I downloaded this app was to not have to call my VM. oh well, uninstalling.
