I am having a very poor experience with the Mfine app. My claim has been stuck in processing for the last 15 days. Ten days ago, it showed under invoice verification, and since then, it has been under query. I have uploaded the required documents multiple times, but it seems the app is not able to access or display them due to a technical issue. My claim is still not settled. I have also emailed the documents, but I have not received any proper response or solution to the issue.

limited doc and you have to wait at least 30min and some time it is 1hr for concentration . A lot of information is asked before booking your appointment and sometimes it's very irritating. I have used practo app and it is far better. I do not even have to wait for concentration and they are not asking you any questions before booking an opponent.

The application exhibits significant design flaws, numerous bugs, and poor usability. Essential features, such as viewing medicine details and placing orders, are non-functional. Reimbursement tracking is also unavailable. The website similarly presents usability challenges, displaying a mobile-like interface with limited functionality. I strongly recommend against releasing an incomplete and error-prone product, as this will negatively impact customer trust and result in loss of business.

Its very terrible experience with the Mfine app. My claim has been stuck in the middle of processing, when i am trying to redeem my benefits points, its not proceeding further but the points that were given by my organization had already been deducted from my organization's wallet, i had clicked on the redemption URL link provided multiple times but its not moving forward, i want to know how should i redeem my benefit points and get the voucher number so that i can order my products.

Poor service ..home sample collection person kept on calling 3 days and 2 dags ahead of day of collection , but did not arrive on the scheduled slot..no number available of technician. Finally got the no. Thro call centre but he did not pick up. Call centre then said he has met with accident and that I should reschedule . Did that for next day , now same technician is alloted. So clearly accident was just an excuse

Terrible unreliable app, unae to download reports or share reports. App doesn't come to landscape mode also and you have to struggle to see reports. Gone are the days when 'App' only solution used to work. Opening website online also goes in small screen app mode. Trashy.

I have ordered tests from MFine multiple times and it's a harrowing experience each time. They harass you with continuous calls of upsell once you order a test, the technicians don't turn up on time scheduled which causes delays for seniors who have to take medicines since the tests need to be done empty stomach, there is terrible customer service. I continue to book tests frm here due to the only aspect of convenience of scheduling tests from home but now, I'm changing providers. Disappointing!
