Poor and buggy history function, problems logging in, long duration outages of a day or two, poor support for English, apparently they mostly do Swedish. I'm not sure how reliable the unit is, it's just a mini cell phone. Very limited tracking, just position without day/time, speed, that most other trackers have

Android app is less stable than the iPhone version when you are "out in the wild" with poor data connection. The app feel slow and hangs while it waits for data to download. If you have satellite background turned on it can take forever to even get back into the settings to change it.

Each time I want to use it, it's not working. When it's working it looks like childrens are in the middle of the sea... Can't save changes. Can't switch it off for airplane. So many problems. It's also too big to put it on children's hand.

App crashes sometimes and is missing a lot of fun features that competitors offer. Especially the usability of the location history.

App crashes randomly and when it does, you have to reinstall it. Often shoes incorrect position and updates correctly if you're lucky.

Very buggy, often loses contact, sometimes can't load history. When it work it works well, but often it doesn't work as supposed.
