Very poor app overall. Takes up to 10 seconds for simple screens to load, like charging status. The mileage tracker was completely inaccurate and unreliable. The remote start feature often would state the car is out of reception, even though my phone would have full bars right beside it. But even after all of that, I would be willing to continue using it, if it wasn't for the $300+/year renewal!

a great app, but I do feel like a feature when you can stop your vehicle from charging in public stations would be extremely useful. I also feel like the location tool for my vehicle doesn't work well. it seems to never have the location right. showing my car is blocks away when it's not. it's right in front of me. Otherwise, the app is nice for the car lock and unlock features, and I enjoy the climate control feature.

I've been able to use this for about a week now and it has worked every single time, it's been very cold in my area and have been able to start and set the temperature each time I've used it, it does take a few seconds but it works! Some stats about the vehicle do appear incorrectly(out of date) but eventually it does report properly. Auto start works great and the rest I treat as reference material.

majority of the features the app offers don't work properly. some take over 10 minutes to work and others don't work at all. the location finder only works within 1 mile of the app/phone yet it's supposed to have the ability to monitor driving speeds and location under the parental controls. seems like a waste of time and money in my opinion.

This app useless, frequently fails to perform essential functions, which is incredibly frustrating. One of the most common issues is with the Remote Climate feature. Often, when I attempt to use it, I receive an error message stating, "Your Remote Door Unlock request on Outlander PHEV could not be completed because your vehicle has been offline. Please turn your ignition on to enable remote operations." Come-on. It doesn't make sense 😔

The app was not reliable but now, with the new October release update, the app has become almost useless. The charging status doesn't update anymore (no information) and the mileage tracker section takes forever to load when it loads (like 1 time of 10). When my two years subscription comes to an end, will not renew, this app is not reliable, almost useless for the features it provides and just frustrating to use.

The new update didn't show the level of the battery no matter the car was plugged in to charge or not. The schedule charge didn't work as well. Beside the schedule for preset temperature kept informing it couldn't start but after 30 minutes it notify the temperature stopped due to pass the limit. I think the synchronize of the app and the car got issue. It just free trial 2 years but there are many issues. I wonder how could I subscribe for $200 something a year and it got these issues.

The app works when it wants to. I can't start my car from the app if I'm not more than 50 ft from the car. The scheduled start times only work occasionally as well. I'm a little disappointed. Every other brand that as an app, they can start their cars from across the country. The dealership paid for the 1st 2 years, I'm not sure if I'd want to pay for something I can't use properly.
