Our Trade App is very good and UI is also very user friendly but as trade partner I would like to bring you notice that when we are doing recharge after click ok it brings us back with the same customer id it is problem when we forgot that whether we have done the recharge or not. Due to this wrong double recharges increases. Please intent it to the page where we enter the customer id. Also please increase the size of the grid menu. Please do the needful as soonas possible.

Failed to launch. Just like all the other Videocon services, even this app failed to launch. Videocon is the only D2H service, whose channel or pack selection process is difficult than clearing an exam. No app to easily select/unselect channels, call center doesn't respond, website is full of bugs. Extremely inconvenient!

Though the app is very usefull it has lot of lags and consumes a lot of time for simply doing recharges. I dont understand that when everything is online and digital why do the system needs 24/48 hours to update a customer account.

I wont give even a single star to this app. Videocon has the worst d2h service among all the d2h providers. Once I mistakenly put wrong customer id during recharge, I immediately called customer care service & provided all details. Still they ask me to write an email for the same. done that. still no response. no refund given. I removed videocon, now they call me thrice a day for offers and account recharge which is harrasment. I also asked please do not call, but still getting 3-4 calls daily.

I called many times to customer care. And i see they don't care about their customer. Now a days i am unable to reach customer care as every time getting message line is busy, ant time i tried calling and getting same meessage. I am unable to see any details on my account. Customer Id, Due date, as of now balance and all options which visible under account information. I am able to see message as information not available. Today my recharged is over however not received any reminder.

Providing wrong account information of multi tv customers. The problem starts after the updated version 4.1.7/4.2.0. Previous version was working fine. Please resolve this issue at the earliest. Secondly why you guys wants permission of gallery of the phone. There is no logic in it.

Some times application is getting stuck/hanging in between please check it out..? I'm using mobile data as well wifi also still getting issue n i have checked in other mobile also same issue since 4-5 months..? While doing pack change for customer in the end page it get buffer some times n gets logged out some time n comes to main page in the mobile application..? Please check n amke more friendly app like before thank you
