1080Degrees Locating
If you do not have strong service it will delete your photos, crash and completely waste your time. So many issues that they said they would fix but haven't. 20 mile round trips to retake pictures is common. Maps don't show all tickets, amended tickets do not show new information, the new "near me" icon blocks other menu's. Complete joke and I absolutely HATE this app. So much wasted time because of it.

The number of tickets you can see on the main screen is way too big. there should be a setting to make them smaller to show more tickets before having to scroll. the map view is nice, but there should be a satellite option like the web version has. maybe add some color coding options for the tickets as well

I think that it works fairly well and easy to understand. It needs a couple of tweaks, mainly I find it easy to navigate when I have node locations and grids on map.

I highly recommend this mobile ticket management solution. It has what you need and if you have a suggestion the vendor is very motivated to enhance. We've been using since February and have no issues!

The App is okay and has its issues but overall I would give it a B+. The problem I have with BOSS811 is Ms. Dig allows contractors to use the services as a bidding tool, they do not maintain any marks made and expect Utility Locators to be at their beck and call when they are not onsite or have any plan of being onsite soon. If Ms. Dig charged even just s small fee for this great service maybe contractors would not abuse the use that we see daily.

Boss works great. It gives you maps , work boxes and the ability to lock tickets so you can put them in order that suits eack individual . 👍🏼

Won't remember me. Have to login everytime. This worked fine in 2.0.35 version not sure why it doesn't work now
