Biggest load of rubbish I've ever come across. Worked on old phone impossible to install on new phone. Have gone round and round in circles and now I'm locked out with no instruction on how to unlock. Unfortunately I've had the equipment for a while. If it was a recent purchase I'd have chucked it all back in the box and sent it back!! If I could give the app a minus 10 rating I would. Totally and utterly frustrating!!

Considering the cameras are really good, this app is an absolute embarrassment to them. It works only when it feels like and you can go weeks with no issues and then all of a sudden it will just mess up and no amount of uninstalling and re-installing or cache clearing will make it work. Currently I have black screens that will not load the picture and it's been like that for days now, yet the TV shows our camera feeds perfectly, as it always does even when the app says it's not available.

To be honest i had everything working just fine the cameras have really good pictures and video. My phone conects well to the dvr from anywhere. However, when i first started using the app and system over my router. I cleared the cache in the app and lost everything, pass word and no access to the system via computer, phone, and router. I emailed Sannce (translated in chinese) same as your pass word has too be. They emailed back i got in with a link, never updated or cleared cache again good2go

Since the update and a lot of hassle getting it working I have no issues and a system that works well. The previous update corrupted the setting/password and the app kept crashing. It took ages to get it working. I kept launching the app each time it crashed and when it got to where the system shows up, I hit edit before the app crashed. Re-enter the serial no/user name. I then found I could not enter the password correctly and had to copy/paste. All now works well. 5 ⭐ if no setup issues.

1 camera went offline a couple of months back , followed by another more recently. Then weeks later randomly started working again, the other hasn't. Now the app doesn't work, keeps crashing and only shows 1 out of the 3 remaining cameras that work, keeps buffering the rest then crashes....absolutely useless. It's definitely the app as the 3 remaining cameras display on the NVR. Are you fixing this or offering refunds under warranty for app issues?

Constant crashing! The app was great at first, but now it closes as soon as you log in. No amount of reinstalling helps. Without being able to monitor what I need to, it's a waste of time the cameras being up. It seems lots have issues with the app, but the company hasn't responded.

Sort it out. cameras and recorder great app doesn't work, stopped a few weeks ago, keeps crashing. Worst app ever. You misunderstand. The app works OK on WiFi but doesn't work when connecting remotely. This has stopped over the last few months, something your end has stopped.

absolutely diabolical app. worse than useless. I have to log in then it takes me to ANOTHER log in screen which won't accept the password. I had an older system and that worked fine, now it won't even log in. tried new accounts etc. poor app, which makes the whole system pointless
