Awful app, took payment twice from me. Recognised their error and promised to return the funds - never did. Totally untrustworthy. Driver also took a convoluted route for the fee to rack up - I think she presumed I was a foreigner that didn't know my way around the city. Will not use again and certainly wouldn't recommend.

No one on the whadapp tecchniscalnumber will help me. The program has not worked for over 2 weeks. I have asked to speak to a general manager and have been denied. Very bad customer service

For whatever reason, I'm not receiving the verification code through SMS, I don't user WhatsApp or Viber so there's no way for me to get it besides sms, hence I can't use the app. Also, each code attempt has a 15 minute cool down, that's too much.

Already more expensive than indriver. With the lastest update it asks you for a voluntary tip and immediately notifies the driver if you don't want to tip.
A Google user
Apparantly I was on the ride 1 minute before the Taxi arrived. On top of that he overcharged me because I am a foreigner. He just lied to my face when I asked for the price. I still paid to avoid confrontation. Not recommended!
