I've been trying to contact customer care, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite explaining my situation, they keep insisting that the product was shipped correctly and passed quality checks. They have refused to offer any solution, stating that the product does not qualify for a return or ref

Extremely disappointing experience. Avoid ordering any products from this app and refrain from installing it. I placed an order for whey protein, which was delayed by a week, and even after that, my order was not delivered. The delivery person does not get in touch and returns the order without any notification.. I'm warning you repeatedly not to place any orders through this app. They may offer promo codes and deals, but don't be tempted..

Delivery Delayed/ Order not Delivered Topmost Disappointment! I ordered whey protein for 4699 and it's been more than 12 days. The tracking details shows out for delivery, but then changes to delivery attempted. No call from delivery person. The custom support agent keeps postponing the delivery date by giving false promises but seems like no actions has been taken on my concerns, now I'm worried if even I'll get a refund! Don't waste time ordering through this app. Very Frustrating

Never ordering through muscleblaze again. No delivery agent contact me for the delivery and it's showing delivery attempted. Connecting to customer support takes literally hours as if I have no other work to do. My order has been stuck for 6 days now and no resolutions have been provided. Either give my freaking Rs7500 back or delivery the package as soon as possible. NEVER ORDERING THROUGH THE APP AGAIN! GUYS AVOID ORDERING THROUGH THIS APP! Update: ordered again and facing same issue again 🤣

I was asked to wait several days for my product to be delivered, with multiple delays adding up to 10 more days. In the end, they canceled the order without any explanation, and I received no response from their customer support. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service. I do not recommend this seller

App not reliable for payments..amount debited while no order placed after checking in orders. After a day reflected as payment failed. Amount not refunded even after 7 days. Another order placed which has past the dilevery date. Even more pathetic coustomer support waiting around 30mins just to reach 108 in call waiting list from 130. And I have a premium membership. Avoid using app.

You have to change the delivery partner. All the investment on the promotions and nothing on the other services. Your support agents finishes the chat without even resolving the issue. I have been using MB for years and I am very dissappinted by the service you provide. This can be bad for the actually good products of the MB.
