In the app settings there are "notification categories" named after the sounds in the app I want played during Urgent and Death notifications. In the notification categories you can only select phone sounds, which are played instead of the actual app sounds. Despite having notifications on, for both my app and phone, and checking to make sure it can run on data, battery saver mode, etc., the app still won't give me notifications when an Urgent or Death call come in.

**Update** app was fixed. Company called me and addressed the issue and all is well!**Update** So it won't let me log in and gives me different characters when I do try to get in. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, even emailed you the problem. So I'm hoping this catches your attention and maybe fix the bug. It isn't just my phone, it is also happening to my co-workers as well. Please fix! Otherwise, it is a great app.

I have had this app for three years, and gone through three different phones in that timeframe. No matter what model I have, the app resets my notifications sounds to "none" on an irregular basis. I have weeks where I'm resetting my notifications any time I'm on call, and weeks where I don't have to touch it. This has happened for the full three years that I've been using this app. Aside from that, the app keeps good records and the agents are very detailed

App plays sounds over media instead of notifications. Update. There has been several Samsung updates to fix issues with different software. Nothing has fixed the notifications playing on the media volume instead of the notification volume. Very frustrating that have to turn the media volume before going to bed every night or worry about missing a message.

I am an apprentice and have no experience with any other system, but I find ASD so helpful! The app is intuitive and easy to use and I enjoy the auto transcription so I can read the calls at my desk. All the answerers are good at what they do. Thanks for making my job easier.
